Help with an order

Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of your question. For a damaged or incorrect item, photographs of the item and packaging can help us understand the issue. Do not send full card details or passwords by email.

Returns and exchanges

Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. We email a prepaid return label for you to print, together with the return instructions. Returns are sent to our address in Estonia. Please contact us before mailing an item so we can identify the return and provide the free label.
